We believe deeply in the sanctity of marriage as the lifelong union between one man and one woman. We count it a privilege to be a part of your special day. Weddings are performed by Lead Pastor Michael Nieves. As a non-denominational church ceremonies are performed for people from all types of religious backgrounds and are evaluated on a case by case basis. Because the institution of marriage is both critical and fragile any couple interested in having a ceremony performed by Centerpointe will need to attend a mandatory 5 session pre-marital seminar.

If you are interested in having Pastor Michael perform your ceremony, please full out the application below.

Centerpointe believes in Baptism by immersion as a symbol of a person’s public declaration of belief and commitment to Jesus Christ as both Lord and Savior of their life. If you have made a commitment to God through Jesus Christ, then there is no reason to not get baptized…right away! It is a celebratory ceremony symbolizing the believers alignment with the death, burial (immersion in the water) and resurrection (coming out of the water) of Christ.

If you would like more information on Baptism, you can fill out the form below and someone will be in touch with you to meet with Pastor Michael.

Baby Dedications

We value family and nothing builds a family quite like having a baby! Centerpointe recognizes a parents desire to create the best environment for their little one. We desire to partner with you on your quest to raise a spiritual champion. We believe that each child has to make their own informed decision on what to do with Jesus when they are able to understand.

For that reason we offer age appropriate teaching for your little ones during our Sunday morning experience to compliment your own efforts at home. Before they are involved in any class we are pleased to perform a Baby Dedication. A Baby dedication differs from a Christening or Baptism as a dedication has more to do with your as the parents efforts than the babies. The dedication is a commitment by the parents to raise the child, as best as they know how in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, to communicate the need for a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and as the opportunity presents itself to lead their child into that relationship. The dedication carries no eternal significance and does not directly impact the child’s soul. It is a public declaration among family and friends to raise the child in a nurturing spiritual home.

Funerals and memorial services are performed by Lead Pastor Michael Nieves, but other leaders of Centerpointe may be available to officiate as well. If you are interested in our services, please let us know in advance if the possibility of a funeral exists. Of course someone will be available to talk or refer you in the case of a sudden need. Funerals and memorials are conducted off site as our church is in rented facilities, but arrangements may be able to be made with enough advance notice. Email or call 716-310-3873.
